We draw basic labs once a year to make sure our patients are in good health.
The provider works with every patient to help ensure they meet their goals before finalizing programs.
Our client care specialists assist with payment, scheduling follow-up visits and providing discount coupons for medications.
The prescription is sent to a pharmacy of your choice. We work to find the least expensive option and to make sure the chosen pharmacy has the prescription ready for pickup.
How long does the process take?
The first time you visit Affirm, our providers will take extra time to make sure the program you enroll in is right for you. They may ask a few extra questions regarding medical history and prior experiences with services similar to ours. This process can take up to an hour of time.
